They helped me out when I couldn't fit a new watchstrap to my Gear S3 smart watch. They had to do a lot of fiddling, but still charged me just the basic price for fitting a strap. Over the years, they've fitted new straps and batteries to my watches, for very reasonable charges. I noticed people online saying they couldn't find a strap for their watch (same as mine). This watchmaker found the strap, and fitted it.
