  Very friendly and helpful, especially as my husband dropped his latte. They cleared up quickly, and happily made him another one at no charge. Top marks!

  Rude staff and terrible customer service... They lady took our order and My friend was told he could use his voucher Only HIS drink was then made He was then informed he couldn't use the voucher and the woman told me I can pay for it with my points... She were then sarcastic when I said I didn't have enough points, I only have cash They then took my order again and finally made my drink She then had the audacity to Ask me if I could hurry up because other customers were waiting.. even though I'd been waiting there with the cash in my hand to pay the entire time ... Note that no one had once told me the cost or to hand them the money Will stick to cafe Nero in future, at least they treat people fair and correctly
